Role Overview

This role will report to the Director, People Operations. This role will be responsible for the overall data entry, management and integrity for all people data for the People & Talent team as well as other partners. Additionally, this role will also support the day-to-day operations of the People & Talent team while exhibiting excellent customer service for our InStriders. Responsibilities

    • Collects, organizes and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources for SME collaborators that is easy to digest.
    • Produces and manages all reports ensuring data integrity for the reporting of people data from the human resource information system (HRIS), payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, government labor statistics, competitors practices, and other sources.
    • Provide excellent internal and external customer experience for all levels.
    • Manage and track our employment data and files. Including file management, data entry, onboarding, and supporting internal movement (i.e., promotions, transfers, separations, etc.)
    • Support our internal team inbox, scheduling & coordinating, New Hire Onboarding logistics, I-9 management, COVID-19 onsite requirements, immigration postings and Offboarding logistics.
    • Assist with the administration and upkeep of our HRIS (Sequoia PEO) data and related people systems for employee changes in partnership with our People Operations Manager and leadership.
    • Complete any ad hoc data requests and all other duties as required
    • Presents data findings and analysis to People leadership with the ability to make informed recommendations through clear visualization and concise presentations.
    • Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
    • Performs other HR duties as assigned.

Our base compensation amount for this role is targeted at $55,000 - $83,000/yr. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
